The big question is, will their IPO go like EPNY, or will it struggle like SGNT?

3-98 6-98 9-98 12-98 3-99 6-99 9-99 Mkt Cap PSR
VIAD 0.7 1.0 0.7 1.4 1.2 2.1 2.7 176 65 Qtrs
EPNY 0.2 0.6 1.1 1.4 1.9 3.2 5.3 2050 387 Qtrs
SGNT 3.0 3.7 4.6 5.7 6.5 7.5 10.0 268 27 Qtrs

I note that VIAD did post another good quarter, so they have at least a decent chance. If they were to get a valuation like EPNY (i.e. a PSR of 387 Quarters), that would imply a stock price of $65. If on the other hand they get PSR valuation like SGNT that would imply a stock price of $4.50. Note that both EPNY and SGNT are recent IPOs, and that both are in red-hot areas similar to VIAD.

So which way will VIAD go? To $65? Or to $4.50?

Carl
