Meteor Minerals to sell up to two million units privately Meteor Minerals Inc MMI Shares issued 17,019,820 Oct 25 close $0.16 Tue 26 Oct 99 News Release Mr. Jonathan George reports The company has entered into a private placement of up to two million units at a price of 15 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant will be exercisable for a term of one year at a price of 20 cents in the first six months and at a price of 40 cents thereafter.
