If you assume that INPH deserves a 35-40% haircut to JNI, at $20 and with 28 million shares out, JNI will have a mcap of $560 million. I am using $70 million next in revenue for JNI, giving it mcap/rev of 8x. If JNI earns $.30 next year, at $20, the P/E would be 67x. If INPH does $100 mil in revs next year and earns $1.25, a 40% discount to JNI gives..
.6x8 = 4.8x Revs = $480 million mcap and .6x the 67 PE or 40x $1.25 = $50. Using the Mcap/Rev method, with 6.3million shares out, to get a 480 million market cap, you get a $76 stock price. Would anyone care to compare & contrast the two firms? thank you in advance.
