woodworker,

I still do not understand why the market would sell off Q after earnings IF growth rate of 50%+ Y-O-Y is substantiated?!

I realize that it may in fact happen (as anything can) but it would be a mistake based upon the fundamentals.

My point? If Q growth rate continues, there ain't much built into the stock price yet! Not like a JDSU.

Happy Saturday to All!

Hey. I'll take all the good news I can get prior to the end of the year. Grin.

In process of mix of exercising and selling of some $50 to $80 Q LEAPS due Jan 2000 which I bought about 2 years ago with each contract now including 200 shares at that stike price plus 25 LWIN shares from last year's dividend.. So (unusually for me) timing over the next month or so matters.

Again thanks to a guy who posted as Jim Willie and might now be dispensing wisdom with a different vocabulary.

And of course to Voltaire too.

BTW These Q LEAPS are among the best set of investments I have made.

Right in there with buying Cisco in 1990

Win some lose some. Bought Lor Leaps at same time for same time span and sitting on losses there.

Best.

TA: Q is ready to rocket to the upside. It has a Stochs as well as a MACD buy signal that formed on Friday. A weak market on Monday could hold it back but its on the verge of making new highs. Lower support is at $215 then $199. Upper resistance could be current high of $225 3/4.
