flatsville, I was not thinking at all about the developing world when I made that comment. My position is that the developed world will go through a major infrastructure upgrade in the next few (10+) years to be able to compete in the B2B internet economy. Presently, they account for a vast majority of the worldwide IT budget. Simply put, I think in 10 years all retailers (to give just one sector example) will become an Amazon, and today it is not possible for Amazon to run their business on consumer software and hardware. They need industry strength stuff. -BGR.
