Ed, <<If I knew that Jensen was the seller>> Me too, I would double or triple up on that fact. Of course all we have to go on with speculative stocks is speculation. It always amazes me on how people balk at buying low with not much information, but have no problems buying at tops with even less. Having said that, I think I also made that comment about IPM on the way down. <VVBG>

To all,

I agree that the selling is coming from the company. The absence of the customary "...the company knows of no reason for the recent price decline..." message is the strongest indicator(aside from the volume).

On the other hand, with the PR record established by Jensen, this could be just another "oversite". With the recent developments, the silence is deafening!!

Maybe we were too hard on him with all the "show me the money" chanting, and now he has decided to not say anything until he can show us the money.

I almost don't want to ask...but he deserves it...Does anyone know what RJ is going to be for halloween?

Tony

Ed, I'm sure not getting much creativity from this thread about how Jensen could raise the money he needs without reporting. I think I have a path consistent with the information we have.

Dick: Hi Bob, we are very close to the breakthrough we have all been looking for, I appreciate all the support you have given the company in the past. The problem I have is that I need $150k to buy our plant and prove the process.

Bob: Dick, you know I would like to help, but I'm already overextended with shares of GPGI. I can't afford to buy anymore stock on the open market, but would be interested if I could buy some cheap restricted shares to replace the freetrading stock I presently own and would have to sell.

Dick: I tell you what, raise the $150k any why you can and I will offer you a PP of restricted shares at a 25% discount to the current trading price. I know we will be successful this time and your PPs will soar. What do you say?

Bob: Let's do it!

There's the path, it's nonreporting for a BB and legal. Anyone have other paths that would work?
