Stephen. The insider buying is very impressive. ANd it wasn't at much lower prices. It was in the 18-19 range as you mentioned. IN the long run WIND will be a big winner. It might surprise in the short term too with the CNBC piece on Monday. The promo on Friday sounded great. If they say the same words tomorrow and they probably will then the stock could move a few points. There could even be a short squeeze since a lot of people were playing it short and ints long
