Right on, LU does not have the habit of responding to every rumor and price movement. If CEO wastes his time watching stock price fluctuations that are not in his control, company will definitely underpeform. BR

Diamond ---Based upon that line of thought we should be looking at Lu missing by .02 cents per share like INTC .By the way I believed Lu will make the estimates ---what I do not agree with is that in the past in this company ( not anybody else --this company ) Dugout McGinn has always been forthright and pushing a vision for this company . Can you answer why he has been so quiet ? He used to be a regular on CNBC ---always with an upbeat outlook . Now you cannot find the gentleman saying anything ---if we have bad news so be it ---put it out but show you have control and a plan to resolve the issue's . I believed in LU but I like for managemnt to be proactive and forthright with shareholders . I do not feel that is asking too much BEST WISHES BILL PS ---DIAMOND I have high speed internet ascess at home ( 5 meg download ) ---I know what the future looks like ---I know what LU can do--- I just want LU to espouse the gospel like Chambers does for CSCO --- and back it up when he does

Diamond ---As a side issue on the INTC thread the gentleman from investor relations answer questions from people on the thread on occasion . I have been to LU home page this week ---I did not find even LU earnings announcement for this qtr posted ---Maybe I miss it but should not they be doing a better job of getting the simple issue's out . I call LU the first week of October about earnings release ---they said the week of October 18 ---wrong again . We have received more reliable information thread from Mr FUN than from LU itself . Diamond ---most of us are serious long term investors in LU ---but when I hold a stock from late November and it is basically the same price you have to ask who is in charge ( like the coach on the football field ) and what are his plan's to make you and me money . I personally do not want to hear him from just once a qtr ( every six weeks via TV,magazine ,speech ,etc would be appropriate . Thanks for your response BEST WISHES BILL
