The XPDR S-1 was filed October 18 and it will take at least 60 days to get it through the SEC. That brings us into the holiday season. My guess is that the IPO doesn't occur until January.

Roger, healthy pullback today. I tend to agree with Glenn that the IPO will most likely be in Jan. There's still a small chance they can make it go the first part of Dec. I kinda like a slow ascend, providing firm support as it climbs. Momentum should intensify after earnings when interest shifts decisively to XPDR.

Regards,

Tom
