RE: Housing Prices.

Can someone who has access to BEARon's on-line post the piece from page 34 on "House Prices Have Soared"?

Buying a house a risen "10%" in the last 12 months with 1/2 coming from appreciation and 1/2 from higher rates. This largely in-line with the posts here recently.

I have to believe there is something to the rumor. I have never seen csco drop like that. We'll see!
