Yep.

820 still delayed. 840 Ok but very pricey. 733 top speed for coppermine (for now). The folks who are willing to pay for 7XXs probably don't want VIA chipsets, so their choice is between 840 board with rambus (very expensive and rambus boards may be orphans within a year) and BX board with a 700. (and they certainly won't want an 810e with its bottom feeder on board video).

I guess AMD is holding the 750/800 chips until the 820 is released as a 2 rimm board in November. By December coppermine should be at 800, but the .18 Athlons should be at 900 - and given the rumors about coppermine yields, 900 Athlon availability may be lots better than 800 coppermine availability.
