Those fees look very new to me. Looks like they removed the order size limit
altogether (I think it was 20,000 sh max) and introduced this new clearing fee.
One thing I really like about Cyber is their 5 minute partial fill policy. You can
scale in or out of a position within 5 minutes and get charged only a single
14.95 ticket, plus fees of course.

P.S. I just checked the partial fill policy page at cybercorp.com
and it says that there is a 20,000 sh limit. This is inconsistent with their new fee page at
cybercorp.com which clearly states there is (now) no maximum share limit.
They both can't be right.
