Richard, perhaps in the very beginning a family member that Jensen could trust with a few million shares is now starting to play an active role.... ;-o

Richard, in the last three years the share count has gone from about 21 NN shares to what people now believe to be something north of 30 MM shares. We were never told (except the 6 NN shares self donated to J&T Catalysis, which we still do not know what happened to) where these came from. It is quite possible that as a non reporting company they could have issued either a leaky floorless or a real floorless. Mike McKay must have put in a lot of money and money equivalents but there was never any visibility to such transactions. I would say, assume the worse. Zeev
