Hard to believe this is still going on. What is it now, a year and a half?
You have to give Pugs & Co credit for perpetutouting this thing, others would have given up long ago. And Hogger - still the same, weasel-wording his way along. Any new word on the exclusive permit to export from Brasil? -g-

True naked shorting should be illegal long before you get to any securities act, right? ... seems to me it would be fraud, selling what is not in the possession of the vendor or may not even exist. If there is no rule making a borrow mandatory, there should be, and it should be strictly enforced. Then this 'naked short' rant couldn't be used so much as a red herring by all these carpstock touts.
