Ed, <<Would you take a 25% increment>> One would not even need to take a discount under the circumstances that occurred.

Dick: Bob, I will find some supporters that will help us, I only thought since you were so supportive in the past I would give you the opportunity.

Bob: Opportunity, what opportunity? All I can see is the stock price going down.

Dick: I will find someone to help us, we are so close to success. If you think about it, you could recover most of the current value of your stock and buy back restricted at maybe 1/2 of the value you receive. I was just hoping you would be the supporter we need so desperately.

Bob: Well if you are determined to have someone sell to raise cash I know that the stock price will be driven down. I may as well be the one that helps you. I'm glad to be of such help. <VBG>

PS, The stock started at $0.12, may end at $0.04 - 0.05, 1/2 the value. 50% or more automatic gain in restricted would sure be worth the play IMO.

Ed, <<shares should bounce back soon>> I agree that will be the test of my funds raising theory. The thread and message board's chat seems to have formed conciseness that the weakness is simply shorting. Then the selling will continue. If your information is correct and new funding isn't required to production, there should be a good short covering rally as that's understood. I find it hard to understand on how anyone would simply short Global as a regular market action at current price unless they had proof positive that the new process won't work. History would forecast a won't work outcome, but technology breakthroughs often occur after many failed attempts. The proof that the process wouldn't work would have to be very strong and maybe from information by the suppliers. Irrespective of the current message board thinking, the theory I still favor is that it's a Jensen induced fund raising activity.
