I believe there is too much................................. Emphasis on these so called "illegal short positions", so the "dogs pal" puts in a sell at $ 3.00 so what does it mean if the stock is trading at $ 0.30 ? Absolutely nothing, the Brokerage Firm may still legally "borrow" the stock for "legal" shorting purposes either "Pro', or "client" , as for all the whining we have all heard about "naked illegal" shorting(in one case I heard of 30,000,000 Shares , or was it this one???)Don't believe it, because in 99.999999999% of all the accusations regarding illegal shorting are PURE BUNK, and the accusers themselves are generally involved in some sort of "pump N dump" activity.Furthermore if the MM's do go short during a trading session, you may be assured they have "covered the position" by the Market close. JMHO! "BULLY"
