I agree. I've been watching, but it seems the selling isn't done. So far, every rally meets sellers. I thought they priced it around 31, but don't have my notes here. Lap topping it tonight

Frank:

The stock price did fall because of the secondary (and the offering to sell by insiders). When looking at the available research, there really is no other justification for the decline in price.

However, watching EFNT last week, it surged upward in price beginning about a week before financial figures were released. I suspect we are going to see the price of PDYN surge this week in anticipation of financial figures being released on Friday after the close of business.

Watched the last half hour of trading today in PDYN and saw a lot of large block trades on the buy side - lots of 7000 and 10,000. Price is starting to move north now. Looking at the charts of PDYN shows a gap down in price at about 40. Sooooooo,

I hate to predict but,

based on EFNT's gain prior to release of financial information, and after looking at the charts on PDYN, I wouldn't be surprised to see PDYN go just above 40 before close of business on Friday... more likely on Thursday.

Just a guess ( and some hope ). After Thursday close, I suspect we will see the price start to fall again as traders take their gains before any "surprises" in the release after close on Friday.
