Thanks Julius!

This is the kind of work I do in identifying "TRADING WITH THE GENERALS." Identify the uptrending Sectors, then look and see what the "GENERALS"..institutions and Money Managers are buying. They are the bottom up pickers. They examine the business prospects of each company and they build their portfolio stock by stock. We just need to use them as our research department.

Thanks again!!

Julius:

This manifest was very timely. Looking over the major positions in the Tech sectors, one can't help but notice the absence of IBM.
Could FIDO have dumped it all in one day? I don't think so.
The latest news from Washington with the agreement to dump the Glass-Segall act (spelling?) has put me back into the Financials. Momentum will happen there.
Good reporting.
