Cool! That's probably much more authoritative than the lucky number in my fortune cookie that said CDDD would quickly drop to 8 as soon as the promoters stop propping up the price so the insiders can blow out the rest of their paper.

On second thought, maybe Stock 100 is less reliable. Watch out for the cliff!

Colloquium Capital Corp. Lists on VSE

Effective at the opening on September 29, 1998, Colloquium Capital Corp. commenced trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. The company is classified as a "VCP" company and trades under the symbol "CAP".

The principal business of Colloquium Capital Corp. will be to identify and evaluate opportunities for the acquisition of an interest in assets or businesses and, once identified and evaluated, to negotiate an acquisition or participation subject to receipt of shareholder approval and acceptance for filing by the Exchange. The Company does not have business operations or assets other than seed capital, and has no written or oral agreements for the acquisition of an asset or business at this time.

The company's capitalization is 100,000,000 common shares with no par value of which 2,300,000 common shares are issued and outstanding (including 800,000 shares in escrow). CIBC Mellon Trust Company is the transfer agent and Goepel McDermid Inc. is the sponsoring member. Coloquium Capital Corp. has completed its initial public offering for total gross proceeds of $450,000 (1,500,000 shares at $0.30 per share).

The company has issued to its sponsor a total of 150,000 non-transferable share purchase warrants. Each warrant entitles the agent to purchase one share of the company at $0.30 per share up to 18 months from the date of listing.
