CG,

I used to post quite often on the Gimbel Thread - mainly because I thought I must be missing something with GBV because they were doing so well but the share price languished. During the brief run-up this summer, I sold a third of my GBV.

I now realize that it's going to take some time for GBV and that's why I don't follow it closely. I think this year will be Gimbel's but maybe it will be next year - I'm not worried. I've been fairly critical of Glenn Gimbel because I didn't think he was qualified for the job - and still don't. But he will learn the job over time. Meanwhile - Howard Gimbel has enough credibility to attract quality surgeons to partner with and that was my only real concern.

GBV represents a low cost stock with a legitimate shot at tripling at any time. That is why I'm staying long. I'll sell half my holdings at $5.00, and the rest I'll probably keep indefinately.

Regards,
Glen
