Our Group's ONE Claim is really 12 Claims of 160 acres each, except for 20. something acres just Ventured with none other than the Bureau of Land Management, USDI, as a deed was produced by them this last month to TAKE BACK some Road Frontage Claims on the State Highway on the South Side of a Dirt Road at the Gate up north of The Wickenburg Inn. Where about half the claims are near that spot. The Balance are abutting two famous GLOBAL CLAIM AREAS; the WEAVER CREEK AND THE ORO GRANDE MINE AT ONLY 160 ACRES EACH. So, it is a file that has been reviewed for scrutiny my the BLM since May 1999 when I agreed to TURN BACK this 20 acres of/in within the 1920 to leave us 1,900. The Group percentage of Royality would NEXT have to be determined ...as we set this up with high hopes of finding a NSR( Net Smelter Royalty ) in the 8-10% as had been set up by others in the desert plus pay back of EXPLORATION costs of all claims to The Group who found them( subparts on a Warrants/Options at below market ( Hey- Maybe this type of a CONVERSION is happenning here!?)for risk factors taken by the Explorers Group), and renewed them. The Public Record show these claims and I am proud to list the PUBLIC Yavapai County and BLM numbers: Claim Name / Number - County Instrument # - BLM Serial Number A MC- All Placer Legal Claims-Township/Range . .Long Thumb #1 -Yavapai - # 9770559 - A MC 347678 - Placer - NE Quarter Section 6- T 8 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #2 -Yavapai - # 9770560 - A MC 347679 - Placer - SE Quarter Section 6- T 8 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #3 -Yavapai - # 9770561 - A MC 347680 - Placer - P/of NW & SW Quarter Section 6- T 8 N/ R 5 W The Above is the State Highway 89 Frontage Claim That The BLM decided to Place an Ofiice and Heliocopter Complex in their infinate Wisdom of the Growth of the Area....Firemen will revolve out of here permantly-temporality starting soon. Location, Location, Location. A possible 300 foot well will be dug to the Water Table -rather into the Suspected Water Table ...hense Bulk Tonnage is possible on at least the remaining claims there at 160, 160 and about 140 acres 460 acres contigious acres near 480 and or 640 acres nearby at The Inn Area. We are known to the BLM folks now as a COOPERATIVE group who had NOT tried to do anything but support them as a GOOD NEIGHBOR- that will be a Big Plus in any future that I will now see, IMHO. We were not greedy, and they were supportative of our Gate Access Needs and Site ( Information) Needs for any future that may help us in this area ( The Way WE all see it ). They were surprised that I started out as a Fire Underwriter and hense was informative and supportave as to any Fire Prevention HELP and NEEDS that we could offer. Send email for the interesting Map that they provided when all needed to be seen in detail, amazing huh- we like to CO=OPERATE...YES! .Long Thumb #4 -Yavapai - # 3006456 - A MC 348289 - Placer - NW Quarter Section 9- T 8 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #5 -Yavapai - # 3006457 - A MC 348290 - Placer - NE Quarter Section 9- T 8 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #6 -Yavapai - # 3006458 - A MC 348291 - Placer - SW Quarter Section 9- T 8 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #7 -Yavapai - # 3006459 - A MC 348292 - Placer - SE Quarter Section 9- T 8 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #8 -Yavapai - # 3006460 - A MC 348293 - Placer - SE Quarter Section 35- T 9 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #9 -Yavapai - # 3006461 - A MC 348294 - Placer - SW Quarter Section 13- T 8 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #10 -Yavapai - #3006462 - A MC 348295 - Placer - NE Quarter Section 15- T 8 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #11 -Yavapai - #3006463 - A MC 348296 - Placer - SW Quarter Section 15- T 8 N/ R 5 W .Long Thumb #12 -Yavapai - #3006464 - A MC 348297 - Placer - SE Quarter Section 15- T 8 N/ R 5 W This instrument was acknowledged befor me this_____ day of_________ 1998. by Charles H. Maybe<s> This<these> is<are> it:freeyellow.com uta.edu Fine foliation and medium grain size (SCHISTOSE) A foliation texture with a distinctly planar nature resulting from the growth of micas and chlorite to the size where crystals are visible. The planar appearance of the rock is enhanced by the growth or development of elongate minerals such as amphiboles. The growth of minerals to a large size is indicative of a metamorphic environment where temperatures and pressures exceed those required to produce very fine and fine grained textures. The upper limit of pressure and temperature extends well into the realm of regional metamorphism. The pronounced foliation of the rock produces a cleavage often referred to as schistosity. The metamorphic rock type referred to as schist exhibits this texture and cleavage, but the classification of schist is commonly subdivided to account for volumetrically important, conspicuous, or large minerals in the rock. A rock term schist preceded by mineral name chlorite, a chlorite schist, indicates that chlorite is the most important or obvious mineral in the rock other than the mineral or minerals forming the bulk of the rock. The rock name garnetiferous mica schist indicates that garnet crystals are present in a matrix of mica. Coarse foliation and grain size (GNEISSIC) The foliation texture indicative of a planar structure developed from alternating light and dark colored layers composed of coarse-grained/granular layers of different mineral compositions. Quartz and feldspar commonly form the light layers, and the dark layers are composed of ferromagnesian minerals such as biotite, amphibole and pyroxene. The texture develops under conditions of a higher-grade metamorphism than other textures. Minerals are typically recrystallized, stretched, crushed, or rearranged completely. The resulting structure is termed gneissic and refers to the coarse lineation or banding of minerals into alternating silicic and mafic layers. Gneiss is the rock displaying this texture. In its most common form and composition, gneiss is easy to confuse with the igneous rock type granite. The composition of the two rock types is essentially the same, and with subtle layering, gneiss appears identical to its igneous counterpart. Gneisses can originate from rocks of the composition of granite-rhyolite, from low-grade metamorphic rocks, or from sedimentary rocks. ..>> and P.S.-<<.. Would you take a 25% increment to your holdings in exchange for a 1 year hold? I would not. I might do some portion of my holdings for upwards of a 35% discount. Still, someone else might accept the deal. At 5 cents per share $150,000 would require a private placement of 4 million shares and the sale into the market of 3 million free trading shares. ..>> Thor & all Gippys, BUT First, We would have to know about..what is all thsi DOWNTURN ABOUT??? ?
