BrianValentine, Some of us who are posting here are friends, and have known each other from other places. And some of us are making new friends. I don't think J-14 minds if we have a little friendly conversation. I started the "Hilary, Senator from New York?" thread, and I don't mind if people who are friends have personal conversations there. To tell you the truth, I hardly ever even read that thread anymore. So I don't care what they talk about. Does any of this have anything to do with Jesus The "name" of this thread.. should I hope your cat gets saved or something ??? I must be missing something about this kind of Politics :-} I understand that we shouldn't get too far off topic. But I don't see friendly conversation as a "Different" topic. Now, if people want to talk about Waco, or Kosevo, for example, they should take it to those threads. God Bless, C Kahn

Dear Brian, I started a conversation to lighten up the thread for our bickering and argueing is not a witness of the Lord. He said they will know you are my disciples by your love for one another. If we are only disagreeing with no patience or consideration we are not showing much love for each other or Him. No matter how much we think people need to hear our understanding of the truth it will have no affect unless it comes from Him. I respect your zeal but you still need to learn to click next if you are bored with our communication. Love in Messiah, Nancy P.S. I have had some intense conversations on other threads, but it was concerning Christians using the Lord to hate a group of people and that pushes me over the edge. Hate is the opposite of our God.
