Larry: You're assuming the past 3 tranches were purchased by the same institutional investor. If it has been, then you've got something there which would need to be reconciled.

If not....HEY, this reminds me...did you ever discover who bought the last round? Anyway, given the speculation regarding C.C., and assuming none of VLNC's institutional sugar daddy's have conducted any hedging, the next two weeks or so are going to interesting to watch unfold, because IF what's been speculated about C.C. is accurate and VLNC share price continues in an upwards direction....wellll....we all know how hedgies feel about being in an uncovered situation. Their hand might be forced sooner than two weeks.

But all of this is hypothesis and assumption, albeit backed with a fairly substantial smoking gun. We're just gonna have to see how it all plays out.....

Oh, and about those....

John~

Hey, Lazy Larry... did you ever call the transfer agent and ask who bought the last round? Did you call the institution and find out why they were interested in Valence? Did you call and inquire about their long-term intentions? Have you spoken to any fund managers?

Or are you sittin' on your ass in front of the computer making WILD ASS GUESSES!!!!!....and chantin' "when in doubt run in circles scream and shout".

Yep makin'WAG's and starin' into that rearview mirror.

Good job, Larry....
