Big Bull, Lots of big E&P earnigs this week. I noted that MOB ran up in the last 40 minutes of trading on friday and then finished at its high for the day. Let's see what that portends on earnings to be reported monday....

FGI/HLX Backlog (a/o 6/30/99)

FGI $343.9m (including Millenium S.A./$143.5)
HLX $535.4m
TOTAL: $879.3m

Approximately 39.8m outstanding shares will exist following merger.
Backlog of the merged companies = approx. $22.09 per share assuming no significant change during 3Q.

Since profit margins should benefit from the merger, it would appear the Company(s) are grossly over sold at current levels.

Expect significant volume and price increases over the next 30 days.

Let the GOOD news and GOOD times roll!
