Rupert, when MSFT invested in the company... they paid at as assumed market cap of 1.5bil for the company. So, market has to be in bad shape for this company to be valued at 1.5bil. BTW, I am including the effect of convertibles and ESOP to come up with 108Mil shares.... they will have happen somewhere along the line so it might be better to include them right now. BTW even though I think it will carry an extreme valuation at 1.5bil, I will be placing a limit order to buy them at about 6bil market cap and will be very lucky to get it at that price. I am not saying it is worth 6bil, but the current market will not have problem with that kind of valuation. Later, Suresh
