About retiring. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

More likely, a handful of SIers will purchase the book, then PM excerpts to others.

This is how the SI community operates.

IMO, pay for view Clash of the Gurus is the way to make the big bucks. (vbg)

Paul for the record I never worked with Tim or started anything with him. You have the wrong party. Also its 5:35 a.m. Paul and if you check my thread I was up 5:00 yesterday as well. I just work hard is all and now I have deadlines that I have to meet so whenever I have a spare few hours I sleep or eat. I've worked like this going on 18 months now and its borne fruit, but I'm no guru, or genie or whatever. I don't pick stocks on 'gut feeling' or expect to have someone pay a nickle for a 'gut feeling' stock pick or enter a trade which is so complex, based on gut feeling. I'm writing a book that already has a publisher and I'm just a serious, ordinary person who loves what I do.

I sleep between 2 and 3 hours a night which is okay because I catch up on the weekends and sometimes late afternoon. I'm now analyzing 140 of my last trades to isolate new trading strategies for earnings plays. It takes work and after spending 16 hours since Friday night on this, I did not appreciate waking up to Tim's babbling.

In my neck of the words, you get paid when you put in a good eight hours of work so how much more so when you put in about 18? I haven't had to justify anything to anyone for 18 months and have had a chat room for 2 years for free and SI was another 1 or so before I went 'for pay', so I paid my dues and I'll be darned if someone who's own projects failed time and time again would get away with " I can't bring myself to take money from anyone."...

By the way, it goes even deeper, there was a rumor circulating that I was getting special privileges from SI, again investigating and tracing the source of that rumor: Tim Luke.. so for me its just putting the house in order. He started a baseless rumor probably just to score points with this thread when we all had that unfortunate falling out.

Good trading to all today..
