What I said: Development stage companies with good prospects have little problem being capitalized even though they will not have revenue for some time. VLNC is distinguishable on this point and it is a significant, troubling distinction. I challenge anyone to reconcile this point.

What you said: Actually, Lev's first comment on the last cc almost 3 months ago was "revenue shipments have begun."

You didn't or can't answer the question why VLNC is unable to put the capitalization issue behind it. It is not sufficiently capitalized. It is not even minimally well-capitalized.

If the revenues you rely on are not insignificant, how do you reconcile the difficulty the company is having attracting sufficient capital to eliminate negative working capital and put the monthly dilutive deals behind them to produce? It is 10/24 and they have been unable to do it though you apparently believe they have been generating significant revenue for weeks or months.

Do any of you understand the issue or have the balls to respond? klemencic? mooter775?
