Vijay, Thank-you very much for the post...as this is all so true... They are the #1 inst'd holder, w/over 8.9mm shares as of 6/30/99, with not a single sale of any shares during this whole downtrend. And for those who are lazy, and do not feel like doing their own DD on APGR....here's some 'food for thought' 22 Institutions hold 37.49% of the outstanding shares as of September 30,1999. Of these, 11 established new positions while 15 liquidated their holdings. Overall, Institutions increased their holdings by 376.03% for the period. Take care, and again...thx for the post.
