Well, In a corp environment , if you think the statement from the top exec , such as " We are to cut the air of the competitors" is a crime , well, I have nothing to say. That statement only tell people how fierce the competition is in the war zone. If you think competition is wrong, well , you do not belong to here !!!! It is not the government's business to interfere the free market, all people , including the consumers and corps, will be better off if the government just let all players do their own jobs, instead of taking sides . From what I have seen , this government is doing the opposite. As to freedom of speech; If the government can interfere the right of freedom of expressing for the corp level, well, it also means it can cut off your freedom of speech as an individual later. As we know there is no discount when talking about freedom. What I am afraid that the government will expand , or abuse its power to a certain level, and later , we will all lose our freedom of everything. Jusrt look at the chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, by abusing his power, all investors are now held as hostage . Do you think it is the Chairman's business to comment the stock market ( if we look at it from another angle, he is manipulating the market). Why not just let the market do its own job. If the market is overvalued, the market force will do its own job, just look at IBM, you will know what market force means. The market does not need the Federal reserve Chairman to tell the market from time to time what the market will head to , such as warning of overvalue, the meltdown of the financial market ...etc, the market force will take care it by itself, that is what the market force all about.
