Paul, sounds like a lot of double talk to me. <<Then last week, a person I know, called management, and they said the interim financier has sworn that they are NOT selling stock at this time (emphasis mine).>> That could easily mean they have already sold all the stock they acquired, possibly before they acquired it, consistent with the leaky floorless theory. <<He indicated that the interim financier had admitted to him that they had sold some stock from time to time>> More confirmation that Daddy Warbucks is not a long-term investor. <<What did Jay King tell you last time you talked to him, and asked him about Zeev 's leaky floorless theory? Please answer this; I would like to know how often you have talked to company management, before you came on the threads and espoused some of these theories. Have you ever talked to Jay King?>> No, I have never spoken to any of VLNC management. I have listened to almost every conference call for two years, read every filing, and read every PR. As I've said before, material information must be released through official channels. Shareholder handholding is accomplished through phone calls to management. And finally, with the history of misinformation on this thread that has been attributed to inside sources, I would consider anything I heard from company management with a big grain of salt. Please answer this question, Paul. Has company management ever been forthright about when they are likely to actually secure a contract? In every conference call I've listened to, they always duck, weave, and dodge any question about very pertinent matters, like they ducked Harold Hartzfield's question about how much production capacity they have now . They talk about "programs" with multiple customers and how wonderful their product is. They talk about how much production capacity they "expect" to have in the future. Lev did not bother to tell us about the "complete redesign" of line 1 until August 1998 when he stated the redesign was almost complete. Nobody on this thread (who claimed knowledgeable sources were telling them production was imminent) knew anything about this complete redesign. Attendees at the February 1999 annual meeting came back convinced that contracts were imminent. Given this record, I'd say it is a big mistake to be relying on unofficial discussions with company management.
