If they would ban shaq(not worthy of capital letters) from doing anything on offense they would be a better team. Seriously he just disrupts the offense, and he will always be a liability down the stretch when you can foul him for a point. They should run zero plays for him on offense, let him stick to playing defense and be there to clean up garbage on offense, he'd still probably average over 20 and they would be better off. They should have a wicked in out game with him and Rice, but Shaq never gives it up at the right time if at all, and it gets to where as soon as he gets the ball the offense just stops, everyone stands around waiting to see if it's their guy that goes over for the help.
Of course his ego would never allow this, just like it won't allow him to learn how to shoot free throws.

All in my opinion of course.

they will dominate the decade. I'm not saying you are wrong, but if it happens Phil Jackson will be the key not any single player.
