Donny Brasco, please forgive the intrusion.

I know this isn't my argument, but I would add my two cents worth if I may.

TMex calls long plays, and it has been proven that he sells into the hype he created. I have no use for him.

Anthony sells himself as the protector of the market, finding and exposing bad management and scams. And to a great extent I think he believes it. I would postulate that the only ones that get hurt are the naive longs that own those stocks, sheeple (I love that term) that bought into the scam or company line and truly hoped for better things. Anthony has stated that a stock's value dropping after he calls a short on it is not his doing but a natural effect of a bad stock once the light has been shed on it. I think he is ducking some responsibility there, since he shed the light. The management in these companies will just issue more stock options and bonuses, it is the small investor that gets hurt, the same small investor that Anthony portrays himself to be the savior of.

I follow Anthony's thread here and at wallstreetstand. His knowledge of the market is to be admired, and his moves seldom fail. It is the seeming hypocrisy in his stand that bothers a lot of people. Including me.

Sorry for the intrusion, please carry on...
