Dave, See, this is where you fall sooooo short. You truly have absolutely no freaking idea what you are talking about.. I have been investing online (chatting and such) for 2 years and investing for 5 years and I even know this.. I konw you are older than me.. If you were to file a complaint (sure...you are just running your mouth), the SEC would laugh their ass off at you..For real. Why? Because you assume wayy too much dood. This is what you consider pump and dump - Getting in cheap (by any means) and running the stock up based on your guesses/dd/internet talking..and then selling when the stock is up. You think that is illegal don't you? Stupid. You can be held liable for that, under one condition. That you are a licensed broker and responsible for accounts. See, you have no idea how it works, bubba. Jeff is not licensed. He does not pull the trigger for YOU. It is you, just like you wrote back in the past..But, like a child, you have been influenced by what other wrote. You don't have the balls to stand up for what you beleive. Don't be dragged around on a leash dude. Be a leader, not a follower. FM Jeff's last few posts should have settled everything with you people. If not, you are not playing with a full deck or your elevator don't reach the top floor. 2-0

Yes Dave I believe you are guilty of criminal activity. What constitutes libel? The classic definition is: "a publication without justification or lawful excuse which is calculated to injure the reputation of another by exposing him to hatred, contempt or ridicule." (Parke, B. in Parmiter v. Coupland (1840) GM&W 105 at 108) Are you certain that you have not been publishing libelous material? Finally how would you define a pump and dump in the case of RDIM/BYIT? What price do you think I got for my shares that would justify the persecution that you, and others, have put me through? Thanks, Jeff
