Binx, I read this as good news. SEG must think that the stock is undervalued now. They no longer want to part with their shares.

Somebody help me here: Is Sandisk an Isralei specialist in flash data storage?

Israel: Sandisk Alliance With Japanese Firms.
Abstracted from Jerusalem Post 09/28/99

The Israeli specialist in flash data storage products, SanDisk, has announced that it is to link up with the Japanese companies Toshiba and Panasonic, the Matsushita brand. The alliance is to develop and promote the Secure Digital (SD) Memory Card. The card, developed by SanDisk, is a high speed read/write memory card, providing copy protection for music, movies and other content. It can be used to store data on a wide range of digital consumer electronics. Sampling of the SD card is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2000.
