fear comes during and after the plunge. the plunge comes first. were fear to come before the plunge, the plunge would never take place because all willing sellers would have already sold. liquidity is a funny thing.. it is here one moment and gone the next.. that's what owners of MYG, RTNA, XRX, IBM, etc have found out in recent months..... i am sure many of them thought there would be a slow bleed as well.... mkts don't work that way. when things go, they will fall apart very fast.
