In order to set a price on a PP for a VSE stock you must use an average of the last 10 days of trading. The maximum allowable discount is 15% to this average.

This is not intirely correct!IMHO

For the TSE Max discount is 15% of 10 day average!
For van. it is 25% of the 10 day aver. and they can wait a month before they anounce it!!!

It is entirely possible to see a PP done on this company at any price IMO...We are at high risk until we have the stock up for a month!

While this info is thought to be correct a check with the vse is in your best interest as I may be wrong!!!
