Steelguy, To me the flare means we have got this sucker under control. I was surfing some and the news release that said they were going to stop drilling and test the ELHR1 is I think almost two months old. Now, if it was easy - I do not think it would have taken two months. So, now we have it. Let's see if we can throttle the beast and make it yield some numeric secrets. Bob

SG...The fact that the flame is burning orange with little smoke means that she's coming outta the ground with very few impurities mixed in with it...In other words she's burning clean...Would be nice to know the choke size and how far the start of the flame is from the top of the stack though... Good indication of how many mcf she's blowing through the choke... Unfortunately I can't remember how many mcf it would indicate per foot...Maybe somebody currently in the bizz can assist... ...ed
