I agree with your final figure $500 mill even tho it is a BIG discount for gas in the ground but don't know how you arrived at it? 1 mcf or 1000 cf= $3.00 in todays mkt. 1mmcf= roughly 1 million btus =$3000 in todays mkt. or $500 at your discount 1 TCF = 1x1 to the 12th pwr or 12 zeros=1,000,000 million btu or $500 mill per tcf. I have heard 10 yr at 10% discounted or about twice your figure or 1 Bill. would be fair but that is arguable.
