A lot of the big stocks will give the buy signals before the market turns. It's only natural since it takes buy signals to turn the indicators.

As long as the fundamentals are intact and the RS is in X's, you can enter positions in this environment as long as you understand the underlying risk et al. You have to have a plan to protect those positions should the market create a desperate situation for them.

Being that we are down so low, I don't sense any desperation happening.
