Yep! Went to tour the wineries in Napa Valley on Friday. One winery in particular was outstanding. A small family-owned and operated business that has great champaign. Called: S. Anderson Winery (http://www.4bubbly.com/). They ship anywhere except Floride and New York. The top-of-the-line champaign they make is called "Diva". It's most awesome!

Anyway, we spent 1.5 hours at the S.Anderson winery, and they poured many samples. I think I drank about 7 full glasses of champaign there...so was feeling quite "bubbly" myself. Anyway, Dr. Lojiks had the sense not to indulge as much, so she took over the driving. From there, we went to the Coppola (as in Francis Ford) winery. Incredibly large sprawling winery with lots of shops, restaurant, fountains, and elegance. The wine was not as good though. Oh well. We stopped by another (I don't know the name...pretty drunk by this time), and it was large also. They have a "wine train" in Napa that takes you on a 3-hour train ride through the rolling hills the wineries are situated upon. They also serve a gourmet dinner during this trip. Next time, we'll be doing this. :*)

I didn't go hunting this last weekend, had to catch up on the yard work, so that's how I spent Saturday. Today I just went to church, and now I'm here at work.

Dr. Lojiks and I are leaving for Hawaii early in the morning on Wednesday, and will be coming back on Sunday...so it sounds like another busy week ahead.

Hope you had a good weekend too!
