i was catching up on my comedy reading tonight (this thread) and low and behold i came across your post... ROFLMAO!! I am really hurt you didn't include me in your letter -g-.... afterall i am short DELL as well and pound on it relentlessly.. LOL! Ya know, i see some pretty idiotic posts on this thread that make the posters look like complete morons, but you just won first prize w/ this little stunt. Tell me, what relevant US securities act do you refer to in your "anti-touting" claim as having been violated? (can't wait for an answer to that one.... LOL!) what you are likely trying to refer to (and a weak attempt at that) is the 1934 Act which among other things makes "manipulation" of securities illegal. ie- pump and dump, etc. In fact, you yourself are likely a better candidate for the SEC to go after since you and others continually tout this stock from the longside on this thread.... Ever sold any shares after making positive statements on this thread about DELL?? mmmmm? LOL!! Just kidding... don't wet your pants, you're too small of a fish for the SEC to care... :) btw- a couple other things: i am having trouble finding some CYMI stock to short, and i hear you might have a few shares. I realize you might not have much, but i'll take what i can get. Apparently, the stock is in pretty high demand by shortsellers (must be something wrong at the light bulb co., eh? -g- LOL!) Would you mind throwing it in a margin account and help me out so i can borrow some, sell it, and make the annual ride to $10. thanks. finally, are you related to a certain Ian Davidson that lives in a trailer park? if so... that would explain a great many things.....
