First of all, welcome back, E! I hope you had a good time while you were away. I do thank you for your kindness in this posting as well as in all of our interactions. Although we don't always agree--how boring if we did!--you have my utmost respect and I hope that you know it. And there is the complication of the fact that I have been the recipient of much personal viciousness by Edwarda's friends, and share your feeling that pleasant PM's to one who has agreed with you do not excuse hatefulness toward those who haven't. I do not excuse or defend this kind of behavior from anyone, friend or family. There seems to be a sense that I do, so I wish to clarify one more time. No one except the recipients is accessing my PMs (I hope), but I have made my sentiments quite clear to a degree that is only hinted in some of my postings in public. BTW, I wish that I were half as nice as you seem to think I am. Maybe if I try really hard....
