OTOT Tony

There is a time and a place for everything and this was certainly not the time to broadcast a Howard Stern like interview. The whole ceremony was incredibly heartwarming and brought back some incredible memories, there weren't many dry eyes to be found. To think NBC would sanction such a vicious attack on a man who has paid his debt to society shocks the conscience of this writer. You can be sure there will be hell to pay for this incident. I only hope MLB had no part in this, they certainly don't need another PR disaster.

<Gray did say to Rose that the fans had forgiven him, he was exonerated, and why couldn't he just admit he gambled. Why won't he?>
Did it ever occur to you that maybe he didn't bet on baseball? He came right out and said he never did. Do you have better sources than the Horse's mouth? And if he did, thats his business not yours or mine. If morals were a per se determinate of entry to the Hall, the resulting Hall would in no way represent the best players who ever played the game. This has become a personal vendetta of Seligs and something tells me this interview was no accident.

So I guess we can include you as one of those who would be let down if Gray hadn't ruined an incredible moment, Its not something to be proud of Tony.
