"Why do I have to defend tickertype's comments?"

Don't whine. The issue is not whether you "have to" but rather, "Can you." Apparently you cannot.

"I responded appropriately." LOL You did eh? You may be a legend in your own mind but you certainly did not respond to the question:

Why VLNC has been driven to such a desperate state that they must issue monthly tranches of shares at such low price levels. And - debt would not be dilutive to shareholders' ownership interest. Why no debt offering to avoid the heavily dilutive onus of sub$5 share offerings?

"If you want information on the upcoming secondary, call the company and ask them. I shouldn't have to do your legwork for you."

It is in the company's interest to disseminate information regarding a secondary - and your interest also - if you do in fact have 274,000 shares and over 1.5 million invested in VLNC. Why wouldn't you klemencic? Who are the two mysteriously cited firms that will manage a secondary?

"Why do I have to address your concerns? I don't share your concerns."

I said "Stop whining."

"Regarding equity sales, all equity sold to finance 'burn rate' for a development company is dilutive."

And some dilutive equity sales are much more revealing than others. If you have more than 1.5 million invested, that is your problem.
