Firamada Inc. Intends To Become a Reporting Company in 2000 LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 1999--Firamada Inc. (OTCBB:FAMHE - news) Monday announced that it intends to become a reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2000. Due to changes in regulations, Firamada's common stock will be delisted from the OTC Bulletin Board in November solely because it is not a reporting company. At the time of the delisting, Firamada's stock will become listed in the Pink Sheets. In order to regain its listing on the OTC Bulletin Board, Firamada must first become a reporting company. D. (OTCBB:FAMHE) Wednesday announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Encompass Staffing Services, has entered into an on-site staffing agreement with EMC Mortgage Corp., a Bear Stearns company.
