I like the SPEC trade on BAOA. That means the chart does not have a clue what is going to happen. That to me is a sleeper and here is why.

Bard Math:

In May it shot to .15 cents from .04 then it filed it filings getting caught up and in compliance ... They state they are after their financing to get the ball rolling.

.04 to .15 = .11 / 2 = 5.5 or 9.5 with a30% correction that is .065 as the new floor.

Now the silent period came. About mid July the fear of the E caused it to drop below .06 and thus it traveled to the new floor.

Now we start all over again because this is why a chart cannot be calculated on it.

If they have their financing and since their fully reproting without the danger of the pinks investors and not traders will start playing it shortly.

With Shrs Out 63.17 Mil & Float 58.70 Mil it can run on the following math if they can put out news.

.025 x 1.75 = .044 x 1.75 = 7.75 x 1.75 = 13.47 just on three upward levels of resistence.

Then once the volume slows I can calculate the new floor.

So Spec plays are plays that cannot be calculated because of nothing to calculate on. Whereas fundamentals and some DD will assist in getting in before the technical folks get it on there chart.

Just my logic you understand and I have been wrong before. But the momentum of this waking up on upcoming news on the staus of the company is probably going to be quite surprising. VOlume is picking up daily and so forth.

Lets see if I am right.

:-)
