Apropos of your post is the story of the event that recently took place at a small rural church. Instead of the Pastor appearing on the dias, the Devil himself appeared. As he started in ranting about the doom to come the parishoners slowly began getting up and leaving until only one old gentleman was left. Tjhe Devil furious that he had not driven every one out approached this fellow and demanded to know if he had heard all that was said. The guy replied that he certainly listened. Aren't you at all afraid of me? asked the Devil. No! Why should I be-I've been married to your sister for 45 years!

*********REQUIREMENTS FOR NASDAQ***********
LARGE CAP
nasdaq.com

SMALL CAP
nasdaq.com

The only real difference is amount of cash on hand, large = 6M vs. Small = 4M, and needing sales of 1M for large. bid = 5 for large and 4 for small.

So if CTI gets enough financial backing AND they make one small sale, they could be nasdaq large cap. This gets more interesting, doesn't it?
