the whites here *really* aren't that bad.

Ironically, behind this home I live in(been in the family since '61) used to be an 88 acre concord vineyard, they used to sell to Welch's. I remember as a kid riding through there on the wagons and just seeing tons and tons of grapes.

Now, there are 240 some odd homes in a subdivision :( Only good point is that it is and has always been natural wet lands. And the developer who raped the people he bought it off of did some good B.Sing to get permission to develop. but he needed to leave a certain of wet land remain. So I have about 70 feet of woods between me and them. However when the leaves fall It's all exposed and I see them all them nasty houses on 70X50- lots.

Shhhhhhh. I've secretely been planting spruce and orther ever green seedlings back there for the last couple years. but nothing is more than waist high yet.

BTW Joe, if that private I sent you is still in your file, feel free to share it with anyone, privately though. I sent a copy to mph the other day.
