I see you and senor reality have yet to meet face to face. One more time Frank, follow the bouncing ball, 1. the 10SB has to be right before the SEC approves it. 2 They don't go Nasdaq without an approved 10SB. 3. THe 10SB ain't right. Therefor, and I know this simple logic is tough for you to follow, but try, therefor, NO Nasdaq for ZSUN. You can call names, and piss and moan all you want, but Frisky has clearly shown that in both the financials and the share count, the 10SB is seriously screwed up. This isn't something you get to mess around with, it has to be 100% spot-on. You can continue to stick your head in the sand and keep trusting ZSUN management, and figure they'll fix the 10SB, and everyone makes a few mistakes etc. but you'd as usual, be a fool. That 10SB doesn't just have an I that's not dotted or T not crossed, it's so damn shoddy, ZSUN should have been embarrassed to submit it. As hard as it is for you to believe that people that post negative here aren't paid to do so, I find it even harder to believe that someone could post here defending a company that lies so much, and gets simple things wrong so much. The fact that you would defend a company that has submitted two sets of financials says volumes about you, and others investment knowledge, and possible motivation.(can't wait for you to nut up about that line) CMB
