Received yellow card on 10/20 - (URGENT ACTION NEEDED!) Called that IMS # and was told someone would call back w/i 24hr. Guess what!! No calls yet; or they didn't want to leave a msg w/return #.

Mad_Mouse, I honestly can't say why the yellow cards were sent out. According to the card, they are wanting all GAAY Shareholders to call IMS immediately and give them your name, number and amount of GAAY shares. If you believe the card, you must do this to participate in proxy of the business combo and merger. I personally can't believe this is required to participate in the vote. I have not yet talked to IMS, from what I gather (from investors that have talked to IMS), this was done to establish a relationship with the GAAY investors and answer questions. You might call IMS @ 1-888-491-0606 and tell them you have not received a card. They should be able to verify that you are on the shareholders list. Good Luck! Deb'
